Delivery and returns policy

Our Website Delivery Service

Our website delivery charges are simple and great value.

  • £4.99 on all orders under £175
  • Free delivery on any orders of the value £175 and above

Our website delivery service operates across UK Mainland only. For European, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, please call 01233 628844 to arrange a specific delivery.

All in-stock items will be with you within 7-10 working days. On rare occasions, we may find an item on your order is out of stock. In this situation we will contact you and offer you the choice of a refund or to wait until the item is in stock again.

Your order is normally delivered Monday to Friday 9 – 6pm. If your order comes over two deliveries, we still only charge for one postage cost.

To support the environment, we reuse packaging where we can.

If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address, if any order is under £175.

Most items will need a signature at the delivery address. If you are not in, a card will be left with details as to who to call to rearrange a convenient time or details on how to collect your parcel.

Our Cancellation, Exchange and Returns Service

We hope you will be happy with your order but if you would like to cancel the order or send a product back for any reason, you firstly need to call us on 01233 648068. Once logged, then wrap the item(s)in secure outer packaging, include the original packaging and a completed Returns Form and either visit one of our stores, or send it to us, all within 7 days. Providing the product is in re-saleable condition we'll process it as quickly as possible and send you a refund or replacement.

Please note that refunds can take on average up to 5 business days to reach your bank account.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

You may not cancel your order or return goods if you have removed the sealed packaging on any audio/visual recordings or the product consists of perishable goods, such as feed or if it poses health and hygiene issues, such as body protectors.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.
