Red Mite

The reproduction cycle of the The North European Red Mite slows down during the winter months, making the winter months a good time to break the cycle and drastically reduce its population.  Next year when the sun comes out you will have been able to reduce their population and be virtually free from Red Mite.  Any new mites will quickly be eliminated by a normal cleaning programme using Poultry Shield.

The best way to control red Mite is by using products that have a physical effect on the mite for example not a poison, ensures that the mite cannot become resistant.  Poultry Shield is one such product, it is a food safe sanitiser and cleaner and odour neutraliser.  Poultry Shield has a very good wetting agent incorporated, allowing it to penetrate deep in to the joints of a coupe.  When cleaning with Poultry Shield you achieve a quick knockdown effect, killing mature mite and their eggs.
